REFUND POLICY

We have a 100% refund policy for any service which has not been used by you. The cost of material that is already dispatched will be however not refunded. Refund requests are acted upon immediately.

We are committed to providing a superlative learning experience to your kids using the most innovative techniques. However, at any point, if you find that your kid’s learning experience is not what you expected, please email us at customercare@navarsedutech.com

Please note the liability of the company for a refund to you in any situation, will be limited to only the amount that that the company has already received for that particular program only, from you.

Below are some definitions for this policy.

Enrolled Student: A student for/from whom Navars Edutech Pvt Ltd has received the registration and the money for the same.

Program: The courses or one-time sessions offered by Navars Edutech Pvt. Ltd. to the students.

Online Class: The delivery of all our programs is online. Online classes are considered to begin when the first online class of the program is started.

Cancellation: An email from you to customercare@navarsedutech.com stating that you will not attend the program for which you have made a monetary payment already.

Cancellation-by-company: A notification to you informing that the program for which you have enrolled and already paid for, will not be conducted by the company.

Rescheduling: An email from you to customercare@navarsedutech.com requesting for a change in the batch from the existing scheduled batch of online teaching.

Rescheduling-by-company: A notification to you informing that the program for which you have enrolled and already paid for, will not be conducted at a different schedule than the previous schedule, by the company.

Refund: The amount that will be paid back to you in case there is a cancellation or rescheduling.

Kit: A box/bag containing the material for the enrolled student.

Dispatch Date: The date on which the a particular material has been handed over to the courier company representative by Navars Edutech or its third party representative.

Solo Program: A program offered by Navars which is treated as a single stand-alone course on any theme or topic, and has a designated single name to a particular set of deliverables.

Bundled Program: 2 or more solo programs offered together for a discounted price

For the Bundled Program(s), the refund amount will be prorated adjusting for the discount and then processed.

The refund will be issued in line with the following chart, within 5 working days. It may take another 2 to 7 days for the amount to reflect with you.
